At self-tapE Studios, we value your time and commitment. We understand that unexpected changes can come up, and we aim to be flexible while also respecting the time and preparation that goes into each session.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, but we may offer rescheduling on a case-by-case basis depending on availability.

No-shows (missed appointments without notice) are not eligible for refunds.
Technical Issues or Studio Errors
If a session is interrupted or compromised due to a technical issue or error on our end, we will:

Offer a free reschedule

Or provide a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances
Digital Services (Editing, Coaching, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital services:

Once editing has begun, refunds are not available.

If you are dissatisfied with the final product, we’ll work with you to make reasonable adjustments (within scope).

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or reschedule, please email us at erica@thetapestudios.com with your name, session date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
